Major Milestone Achieved: SAP S/4HANA System Go-Live
iByte Solutions is proud to announce a major milestone in digital transformation. Effective 2 February 2026, Teck Guan Holdings has successfully gone live with Phase 3 of its SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public implementation.
This achievement marks a significant advancement in enterprise resource planning transformation for the Group. Phase 3 encompasses two key trading entities, Teck Guan Trading and Teck Guan Sdn. Bhd., further strengthening the organization’s digital core and integrated business operations.
The successful migration of Procurement, Sales, and Inventory functions represents another important step in Teck Guan Holdings’ SAP S/4HANA Cloud journey. Building on the completion of Phases 1 and 2, which covered seven entities within the Group, Phase 3 now delivers a fully integrated SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public platform spanning Supply Chain operations, Sales processes, Finance functions, and Document Reporting Compliance including LHDN e-Invoicing. The solution is tailored to support the Group’s high-volume trading operations while enabling real-time visibility, improved efficiency, and scalable growth.
Transition into SAP S/4HANA Hypercare Support Phase
Following the successful Go-Live, the project has transitioned into the Hypercare support phase, effective immediately and running through 28 February 2026.
During this period, the project team remains fully engaged in closely monitoring SAP system performance, providing heightened user support, and ensuring operational stability. The Hypercare phase is designed to address any post-Go-Live matters promptly while enabling a smooth transition into steady-state operations and optimized system usage across the business.
