ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

As an entry-level SAP Consultant, you will be part of a collaborative team delivering SAP solutions to clients across industries. You’ll receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in SAP implementations, support, and enhancements. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about technology, business processes, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in SAP project delivery including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment. Support senior consultants in analyzing client business processes and translating them into SAP solutions. Participate in workshops, documentation, and user training sessions.

Qualification:

HR ADMINISTRATION

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our growing IT consulting workforce. This role encompasses a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, payroll, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be an excellent communicator both in verbal and written form, and be comfortable managing both strategic and administrative HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems. Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets and attendance records. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

SUCCESSFACTORS CONSULTANT

Openings: 3 Positions

We are seeking experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to join a dynamic project team for a 9-month engagement. This role focuses on delivering high-impact solutions across Payroll, Time Tracking, and Performance & Goal Management modules.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and support the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules:
    • Employee Central Payroll
    • Time Tracking
    • Performance & Goals
    • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality configurations.
    • Provide expert-level guidance on best practices and process optimization.
    • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external vendors.

Location: Northpoint, Mid Valley
Engagement Type: 9-Month Contract (Contracting Available)

Qualification:

    • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
    • Proven expertise in Payroll, Time Tracking, and Performance & Goals modules.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
    • Experience in full-cycle implementations and post-go-live support.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
