Rafulin Group Successfully Achieves SAP S/4HANA Cloud Phase 1A Go-Live
Rafulin Group successfully achieved the Phase 1A Go-Live of its SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition programme on 1 October 2026, marking an important milestone in its digital transformation journey.
The successful Go-Live reflects the close collaboration, commitment and collective effort of the Rafulin Group and iByte project teams throughout the Phase 1A implementation.
Rafulin Group operates across a diverse portfolio of businesses, with a focus on concession related projects, PFI-based development, construction, renewable energy, plantation and project management. Its activities involve project-based operations, asset and maintenance management, procurement and inventory, financial management, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across its group of companies.
Phase 1A Go-Live Across Key Business Processes
Phase 1A brings 10 Rafulin Group entities onto SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, supporting key business areas including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Project Control, Plant Maintenance, SAP Ariba and LHDN e-Invoicing compliance through SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
With the successful Go-Live on 1 October 2026, these entities have transitioned into live operations on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, marking the completion of the Phase 1A deployment and the start of the post-Go-Live stabilisation period.
Supporting Operations Beyond Go-Live
Following Go-Live, the focus has shifted towards supporting users as they resume normal business operations and adapt to the new SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment.
The project has entered its dedicated Hypercare period, with functional and technical support in place to assist users, assess and address issues, provide guidance, and support the stabilisation of business operations.
During this period, users will continue to validate migrated data, perform key operational checks and report issues through the designated Hypercare channels to facilitate timely assessment and appropriate resolution.
The successful Phase 1A Go-Live represents a significant achievement for the programme and reflects the dedication and teamwork demonstrated throughout the implementation.
